Lilãyati Yoga - Classes is designed for all those who cannot attend my face-to-face classes, to continue enjoying and learning from the practice of Yoga, wherever you are. Where you can adapt the classes to your schedule, 365 days, without limit of hours.
You have online classes at beginner levels, level 01, level 02, adapted level and pregnant. You will also find videos with pranayamas, relaxations and meditations.
Habitually I going to upload new classes and I will open new sections will be adapted as needed.
